Served as a Business Analyst and Quality Assurance Analyst for the FDLE MEPIC modernization project, supporting requirements governance, solution design, testing, UAT, and implementation readiness for a web-based enterprise application. Facilitated cross-functional and cross-agency JAD sessions, translated complex operational workflows into detailed business and system documentation, and maintained traceability from approved requirements through testing and UAT.
- Facilitated JAD sessions with business users, project leadership, technical teams, external agencies, and cross-jurisdictional stakeholders.
- Documented high-level and detailed As-Is and To-Be processes using BPMN models, swimlane diagrams, workflows, decision points, system interactions, exception paths, and business rules.
- Created detailed use cases, Microsoft Visio wireframes, and data-validation sheets defining system behavior, field rules, conditional logic, source mappings, validations, and error messages.
- Developed test plans, test scenarios, and detailed test cases covering functional, integration, regression, role-based access, data validation, document generation, notifications, and end-to-end workflows.
- Maintained an RTM linking requirements, use cases, validation sheets, test cases, defects, and UAT results; executed testing, documented defects, retested fixes, and performed regression validation.
- Coordinated deliverables, schedules, dependencies, risks, issues, reviews, approvals, and stakeholder commitments to support implementation readiness.
- Established end-to-end traceability between business requirements and testing coverage.
- Improved alignment among business stakeholders, developers, architects, QA teams, and project leadership.
